Our harvest includes an abundance of beautiful smaller carrots, naturally sweet and tender, making them especially wonderful for snacking, dipping, or roasting whole. We also have larger carrots that are perfect for juicing, soups, stews, shredding, and everyday cooking.

❄️ Storage Tips

To keep your carrots fresh and crisp, store them in the refrigerator in a bag or covered container to prevent moisture loss.

For longer storage, sound, undamaged carrots can keep for months in properly maintained cold, humid conditions.

• 1 lb Bag — $5 — Perfect for snacking or a few meals.
• 3 lb Bag — $12 — A great everyday supply.
• 6 lb Bag — $20 — Stock up for the week or fill your winter pantry.
• 6 lb Harvest Seconds — $12 — Same delicious carrots, with a few blemishes, at half the regular price!

💚 Harvest Seconds — Good Food, Less Waste!

Our Harvest Seconds are carrots with minor imperfections, primarily small areas of insect damage that may need trimming before use.

Most are lovely, firm carrots with just one or two small spots, although some may have slightly deeper blemishes. They’re ideal for roasting, soups, stews, juicing, and other recipes where a little trimming is no trouble.

Enjoy the savings while helping us make the most of the harvest and reduce food waste!

Harvest Seconds are best enjoyed sooner rather than stored long-term. Inspect and trim affected areas before use.
